How a user experiences a product -- how they interact with the actual function or service -- the product provides is determined by the UI and the UX writing and design in particular. This is especially the case with the AncestryHealth product. Users are paying for a DNA test that looks for genetic predispositions to several health conditions, but that test is useless without a UI that clearly communicates the test results and how to interpret them.
